Clean Report
The Audit and Supervision Department of the Group is an independent supervision institution led by the chairman and president, responsible for the maintenance of the company's clean reporting channels and the investigation and handling of reporting.
Reporting Scope
Corruption, bribery, extortion of bribes, improper use of the company's assets, employees or their relatives participating in the company's business transactions for personal gain, covert operation, jerry-building, shoddy goods, disclosure of secrets, misappropriation of the company's property, dereliction of duty, dereliction of duty causing serious consequences, and other major violations of discipline.
Notice
The informant shall clearly state the reported matter, provide the place, time, person, process, consequence, frequency and other elements of the reported matter as clearly as possible, and provide relevant evidences such as video, audio, pictures, physical objects, text materials and so on.
